Sublimation printing is digital textile printing where the dye sublimates from solid to gas under heat and bonds permanently with polyester fibre. The colour becomes part of the synthetic fabric, with no surface coating and no hand-feel change. This is why sublimation prints look photo-quality, never crack or peel, and survive repeated washing without fading. We run sublimation on the Mimaki TS100 with our own in-house roll fusing line that handles both continuous fabric and cut-panel work up to 70 inches wide.

Sublimation print quality depends on three things — your design file, your fabric polyester content, and your colour mode. Get these right and the print follows.
Minimum resolution is 150 dpi at actual print size. We accept AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG, CDR. Higher resolution gives sharper print detail.
RGB files will be converted to CMYK at our end (slight colour shift may occur). For exact Pantone match, send the Pantone reference number.
Sublimation works fully only on fabrics with at least 80 percent polyester. Cotton-rich blends will produce muted, washed-out colour.
Surface coatings act as a barrier and prevent dye penetration into the fibre. Send fabric without softener, silicone, or oil-based finish.
