General

About the business.

Arunam Digital Prints is a Tirupur-based bulk job-work digital fabric printer. We print on customer-supplied fabric using two industrial digital lines — MS JP7 reactive on natural fibres (cotton, silk, viscose, rayon, modal, linen) and Mimaki TS100 sublimation on polyester. We are not a fabric seller, not a garment seller, and not a D2C printer.

1(2) Kottai Thottam, Kumaranandhapuram, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu 641602, India. The 20,000 sq ft facility houses both reactive and sublimation lines plus all supporting process equipment under one roof.

The team has been in the Tirupur textile industry since 2006 — starting in fabric washing operations. Digital printing began in 2015; the current partnership firm was registered in 2017; we exited washing entirely in 2024 to focus on digital printing. Same founder, Thiyagaraj, across all phases.

Garment manufacturers, garment exporters, sportswear suppliers, home-textile brands, event-fabric vendors, corporate uniform suppliers, devotional and festival vendors, election-campaign vendors, and other digital printers (job work for stenter pre-treatment, ageing, and roll fusing). Bulk B2B only.

Process & Lines

Reactive vs sublimation, machines, fabrics, sizes.

Reactive printing is for natural fibres (cotton, silk, viscose, rayon, modal, linen). Dye bonds covalently into the fibre giving soft hand-feel and excellent wash fastness. Sublimation is for polyester. Ink prints to transfer paper, then sublimates into polyester fibre under heat and pressure — bright weather-resistant colour for sportswear, banners, uniforms.

Depends on fibre composition. Cotton, silk, viscose, rayon, modal, linen → reactive (MS JP7). Polyester, polyester-spandex, dri-fit, polyester mesh, polyester ≥80% blend → sublimation (Mimaki TS100). Cotton-rich polyester blends produce muted sublimation colour and are usually unsuitable. Pre-Print Consultation confirms the right line for your fabric.

Up to 70 inches / approximately 1800 mm on both reactive and sublimation lines. Sufficient for adult XL jersey panels with sleeves, single-panel banner backdrops, and most apparel and home-textile fabric widths. Backdrops larger than 70 inches are panel-stitched at the customer's end — we provide colour-matched panels.

Up to 1440 dpi on both lines. 720 dpi is standard for most apparel and banner work; 1440 dpi is used for fine logo detail, photo-quality deity images, or sharp typography on small panels.

No. Every step — print, pre-treatment, ageing, washing, drying, roll fusing, QC, despatch — happens in our same Tirupur facility. No outsourced finishing, no third-party fusing, no inter-vendor handoffs. Single-roof end-to-end accountability.

Orders & Files

Quantities, samples, turnaround, design files.

We work in bulk B2B scale only. We do not work with individual customers, single-piece orders, or retail walk-ins. Pilot batches for new product launches and chain-wide rollouts are both supported. Quantities confirmed on a per-order basis after Pre-Print Consultation.

Sublimation: same-day strike-off on most designs. Reactive: 1 to 2 days for sample. Bulk turnaround typically 3 to 7 days for reactive (depending on fabric and quantity) and 3 to 5 days for sublimation. Urgent timelines confirmed individually before commitment.

Vector files preferred — AI, EPS, PDF, SVG. Raster accepted at 300 dpi minimum at print size — PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD. Send via WhatsApp, WeTransfer, Google Drive link, or email. Our in-house design studio prepares the file for the print line.

We are a pure job-work printer — we do not sell fabric. Customer supplies the cotton, silk, polyester, or blend they want printed. We confirm the right print line and process route after fabric review.

No. We print fabric only. Customer handles cutting, stitching, finishing, and any binding or eyelet work at their own end. We are a print-only partner.

Our in-house design studio supports print customers with logo cleanup, jersey panel layout, employee-name placement, brand-colour matching, and repeat-pattern setup. We do not design from scratch — customer brings the design idea; we make it print-ready. Studio is not offered as a standalone service to non-print customers.

Credentials & Payment

Certifications, GST, export framing, payment terms.

GOTS Certified for organic textile printing. AEPC Manufacturer Exporter recognition (RMRC 207828). Registered partnership firm under GST 33ABBFA6797L1Z1.

We work with garment exporters and Kerala-GCC sportswear suppliers as a job-work print partner. Customer handles their own export documentation, freight, and clearance. AEPC Manufacturer Exporter recognition (RMRC 207828) is held as a credibility credential — not as an export-services offer.

No. We are a B2B job-work printer, not an e-commerce site. Payment terms are agreed per order on standard B2B basis — advance and balance, NEFT, RTGS, or business cheque. GST invoice raised against GSTIN 33ABBFA6797L1Z1.

Yes. We offer pre-treatment on dedicated stenter, ageing on dedicated ager, and roll fusing as standalone job work to other digital printers. We are a job-work print partner, not a competitor — we don't approach your customers, don't request your client list, don't use your work in our marketing without permission.

Visits & Logistics

Factory visits, contact channels, hours, shipping.

Yes, by appointment. Customer factory visits are welcomed. WhatsApp us with possible dates and your background — we confirm the slot and ensure relevant operators are on the floor and machines are running your fabric category. Walk-ins discouraged due to ongoing production schedules.

WhatsApp. Send your design, fabric, quantity, and timeline to +91 79044 64988. Same-day response on most messages, always within 24 hours during business days.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Closed Sundays and major Indian public holidays. WhatsApp messages outside hours are answered the next business morning.

Yes. We despatch printed fabric across India by courier or transporter — Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, etc. Customer handles freight cost; we coordinate handover at our facility or arrange dispatch via the customer's preferred logistics partner. For international orders, customer arranges export-side logistics.

We can give an indicative range based on fabric, quantity, and process — but a firm quote needs the design. The design determines print area, colour count, panel layout, and print line schedule. The Pre-Print Consultation is free; design review is part of it.
