Reactive gives soft hand-feel and survives the wash cycles that ceremonial cotton goes through; sublimation gives bright, weather-resistant colour for outdoor festival material. Send file at 300 dpi for deity images
Deity portraits and high-detail religious art need 300 dpi at print size. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) preferred for sharp typography. Lower resolution shows pixelation when blown up.
Embed religious typography fonts
Sanskrit, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada fonts: convert to outlines or embed in PDF. Stops accidental font substitution — important for mantra accuracy.
Confirm fabric fibre before despatch
Cotton/silk goes to reactive; polyester goes to sublimation. Mixed-fibre fabrics need confirmation — sublimation needs ≥80% polyester, reactive prefers 100% natural.
No softener or chemical finish
Surface coatings prevent dye penetration on both lines. Send fabric in raw or scoured state without softener, silicone, or oil-based finish.
