Devotional printing at Arunam covers both reactive printing on natural fibres (cotton dhoti, silk angavastram, cotton temple cloth) and sublimation on polyester (festival banners, procession backdrops, polyester-blend ceremonial fabric). The fabric you choose determines the process. Reactive gives soft hand-feel and survives the wash cycles that ceremonial cotton goes through; sublimation gives bright, weather-resistant colour for outdoor festival material. Customer supplies fabric and design — we run the right process for your tradition.
Across cotton, silk, and polyester — we handle the full range of devotional fabric, from intimate altar cloth to large festival banners.

Festival cycles repeat every year. Trusts and contractors come back because the cotton hand-feel is right, the deity images are sharp, and the schedule meets the muhurtham.
Reactive printing bonds dye into natural fibre — no surface coating, no plastic feel. Temple cotton stays as cotton, dhoti drapes naturally, angavastram remains soft.
1440 dpi resolution captures deity-portrait fidelity at any size. Photo-quality colour reproduction across cotton, silk, and polyester.
Sanskrit, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada religious typography reproduced cleanly — diacritics and conjunct consonants intact across the print.
Same-day sublimation strike-off, 1–2 day reactive sample. Bulk runs aligned to festival muhurtham — we work back from your event date.
Trust managers and contractors speak to the people running the floor. Last-minute design changes for unplanned events handled directly.

Deity images and religious typography demand precision. Fabric choice determines the print line.
Deity portraits and high-detail religious art need 300 dpi at print size. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) preferred for sharp typography. Lower resolution shows pixelation when blown up.
Sanskrit, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada fonts: convert to outlines or embed in PDF. Stops accidental font substitution — important for mantra accuracy.
Cotton/silk goes to reactive; polyester goes to sublimation. Mixed-fibre fabrics need confirmation — sublimation needs ≥80% polyester, reactive prefers 100% natural.
Surface coatings prevent dye penetration on both lines. Send fabric in raw or scoured state without softener, silicone, or oil-based finish.
Not sure which line your fabric needs? Send your design and fabric details on WhatsApp — we'll route it correctly before bulk despatch.
