Send file at 150 dpi minimum at print size
Candidate portraits and party symbols need 150 dpi or higher at the actual print size. Lower resolution shows pixelation when blown up to banner scale.
Lock party-colour Pantone references
Send Pantone or hex codes for the party colour palette. We match within sublimation gamut. CMYK conversion specifics confirmed at strike-off.
Polyester content matters
Sublimation works fully only on fabrics with at least 80 percent polyester. Cotton-rich blends produce muted, washed-out party colours.
No softener or silicone coating
Surface coatings act as a barrier and prevent dye penetration. Send fabric without softener, silicone, or oil-based finish.
