The design studio at Arunam exists to make your artwork print-ready. Not original concept design — we don't design from scratch. We clean up files, set up jersey layouts, position panels for cut-and-sew, match brand colours, and prepare repeat patterns so your bulk run prints right the first time.
No third-party file handoff
Studio supports both processes

Not standalone design agency
The design studio at Arunam exists to make your artwork print-ready. Not a creative agency, not original concept design — we do not design from scratch. We support our print customers with logo cleanup, vectorisation, jersey panel layout, employee-name placement, brand-colour matching, repeat-pattern setup, panel positioning, and sublimation-friendly file adjustment. The customer brings the design intent; we prepare the file so the bulk run prints right the first time. Studio capacity supports both reactive (MS JP7) and sublimation (Mimaki TS100) lines.
Across reactive and sublimation, the studio takes a customer file and finishes it for the print line.
Convert raster logos to clean vector. Remove white-edge halos, stray pixels, low-resolution noise. Output: AI/EPS/PDF for repeatable print across sizes.
Most commonFront, back, sleeve, collar, side-panel layouts for cut-and-sew sportswear. Player name and number positioning, sponsor logo placement, size-graded layouts.
CommonCorporate uniform panels with employee names, IDs, designations. Roster-driven layouts where each panel is unique. Position checked against panel cut size.
CommonPantone or hex reference, CMYK conversion, sublimation-gamut adjustment. Strike-off proof confirms before bulk. Critical for repeat orders matching old stock.
CommonTile, half-drop, brick repeats for continuous fabric. Seamless join across pattern edges. Pre-checked at full repeat size before bulk run.
CommonCorelDRAW to Illustrator, PSD to print-ready PDF, low-resolution to upscaled vector trace. Output formats matched to our print line's RIP requirements.
RoutineWe're transparent about scope. The studio supports our print customers — it isn't a graphic design agency.
We don't ideate logos, brand identities, jersey concepts, or marketing creative from scratch. Bring your design idea; we make the file print-ready.
Studio capacity supports our own print customers only. If you don't have a print job with us, please engage a dedicated design agency for graphic work.
No brand books, identity systems, advertising creative, social-media artwork, packaging design, or wider marketing assets. Strictly print artwork prep.
No royalty-free image sourcing, stock-photo cleanup, or licensed-illustration adaptation. Customer supplies licensed source material; we prepare it for print.
Studio support runs in parallel with your print job — file gets ready while we slot the print.
WhatsApp the file with intended use — jersey, banner, uniform — and quantity. We assess what prep is needed.
If basic prep, included with print order. If extensive (full layout sets, repeat-pattern creation), studio quote sent before commitment.
Logo cleanup, panel layout, colour matching, repeat setup as needed. Done in parallel with capacity-slotting for the print line.
Print-ready proof shared via WhatsApp. Customer reviews layout, colours, panel positioning before strike-off.
Approved file goes to print line. Sample first, bulk after sample sign-off. Same workflow as standard print job.
Printed fabric or panels ready for stitching at customer end. Studio file archived for future re-orders.
Studio file is archived for repeat orders — same colour, same layout, same brand reference next batch. Saves prep time on regular work.

When the studio and the print line share a building, file issues get caught and fixed in minutes — not days lost to outsourced design back-and-forth.
Outsourced design + outsourced print means file errors get blamed across vendors. Same roof means we own the file end-to-end. If something prints wrong, we fix it.
Files prepped by people who know our exact RIP, our colour gamut, our panel widths, our roll fusing limits. No surprise at strike-off.
Studio works on file while we slot the print job. Saves days versus sequential vendor workflow. Strike-off happens as soon as file is approved.
Once a brand reference is set up — colours, layout, logo treatment — the file lives in our archive. Re-order matches the original. Critical for chains and recurring rollouts.
Studio scope decisions, urgent revisions, layout questions — handled directly. No multi-layer design account management.
Studio work invoiced as part of the print order or as a separately billed line item. GST invoice raised against GSTIN 33ABBFA6797L1Z1.
