Sportswear print quality depends on file resolution, fabric polyester content, and panel layout. Get these right and the bulk print follows.
Send file at 150 dpi minimum
Minimum resolution is 150 dpi at actual print size. We accept AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG, CDR. Higher resolution gives sharper print detail.
Player names and numbers in editable text
Send player roster as text or CSV alongside the jersey design. We will position names and numbers per panel before bulk print. Layout proof returned in 24 hours via WhatsApp.
Polyester content matters
Sublimation works fully only on fabrics with at least 80 percent polyester. Cotton-rich blends will produce muted, washed-out colour.
No softener or silicone coating
Surface coatings act as a barrier and prevent dye penetration into the fibre. Send fabric without softener, silicone, or oil-based finish.
