Reactive printing on natural fibres requires uniform fabric coating before printing. Our stenter applies pre-treatment chemistry evenly across the roll — the foundation for sharp print and consistent colour.

Reactive dyes need controlled steam fixation after printing for the dye to bond covalently with the fibre. Our dedicated ager runs steam-saturated ageing on a separate, dedicated machine — not shared, not retrofitted.

Heat transfer of sublimation print from paper into polyester fabric. Our roll fusing line handles continuous fabric for cut-and-sew AND pre-cut panels — same line, same width, customer choice.

Why Tirupur printers use our process line.

How we keep printer job-work separate from our own customers
Our printing operations and job-work intake run on separate workflows with separate handling. When fabric arrives for stenter, ageing, or roll fusing, the team handles it as a process job — fabric in, fabric out, by the specifications you supply.
We do not need to see customer artwork for stenter or ageing — only the fabric, the fibre, and the process spec. For roll fusing, we receive the printed paper and the fabric — that is the job. We do not take artwork copies, do not retain files, and do not contact the brand or buyer behind the order.
Many Tirupur and Erode printers have used this line for years on this basis. The relationship works because our growth is in our own customer base, not yours.
