Corporate uniform printing at Arunam is sublimation printing on polyester uniform fabric — for hotels, hospitals, security agencies, retail chains, factories, airlines, schools, and event-staffing companies. Brand logo, employee name, employee ID, designation, and department all get sublimated into the fabric in a single print pass — no separate heat transfer, no patchwork. The dye bonds permanently into the polyester fibre, so the brand stays sharp through industrial wash cycles. We run on the Mimaki TS100 with in-house roll fusing.

Brand consistency depends on artwork quality, polyester content, and accurate Pantone references. Get these right and the rollout follows.
Vector logo files preferred
AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG vector files give the sharpest brand reproduction at any size. Raster PNG/JPG accepted at 300 dpi minimum at print size.
Lock brand Pantone references
Send Pantone or hex codes for the brand colour palette. We match within sublimation gamut. CMYK conversion specifics confirmed at strike-off.
Polyester content matters
Sublimation works fully only on fabrics with at least 80 percent polyester. Cotton-rich uniform fabrics produce muted, washed-out brand colours.
No softener or anti-pill coating
Surface coatings act as a barrier and prevent dye penetration. Send fabric without softener, silicone, or anti-pill finish.

Polyester, polyester-spandex, polyester-cotton blends with at least 80 percent polyester, dri-fit, and polyester mesh. We do not print on cotton-rich fabrics for sublimation work — colour pickup is too poor for branded apparel.
We are a pure job-work printer — we do not sell fabric or stitched uniforms. You supply the polyester fabric or pre-cut panels and the design, we sublimate and roll-fuse. Customer handles cutting, stitching, and final tailoring.
