General
We offer reactive fabric printing, sublimation printing, roll fusing, ageing & stenter processing, flat bed heat transfer, and design studio services — all as B2B job work for garment manufacturers and textile exporters.
We are based at 1(2) Kottai Thottam, Kumaranandhapuram, Tirupur – 641602, Tamil Nadu, India. We serve customers across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka, with pan-India dispatch available.
We primarily serve garment manufacturers, exporters, and fabric traders. However, we do accept orders from individual designers and small brands — contact us to discuss your requirements.
We have no strict minimum order quantity. However, pricing is more economical for larger runs. Contact us with your quantity and we'll provide the best rate.
Printing
Reactive printing uses water-based dyes that chemically bond with natural fibres (cotton, linen, viscose) — ideal for soft, breathable fabrics. Sublimation printing uses heat to transfer dye into polyester and synthetic fabrics — ideal for sportswear and vibrant all-over prints. See our Reactive Printing and Sublimation Printing pages for details.
Reactive: cotton, linen, viscose, rayon, modal, bamboo, and natural blends. Sublimation: polyester, nylon, lycra, spandex, and synthetic blends (minimum 65% polyester recommended for best results).
Our MS JP7 reactive printer and sublimation machines support up to 1800 mm (180 cm) print width. This covers standard fabric roll widths used in garment production.
We print at up to 1440 dpi, delivering sharp details and smooth gradients on both reactive and sublimation fabrics.
Files & Design
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), TIFF, and PNG files. Files should be at minimum 150 dpi at the actual print size. For repeating patterns, please provide the repeat tile and specify the repeat dimensions.
Slight colour variation between screen and print is normal and is not a defect. Screen colours (RGB) differ from printed colours (CMYK/dye-based). For critical colour matching, request a strike-off (sample print) before bulk production.
