Yes. We accept B2B job work orders from across South India. Fabric can be courier-dispatched to us and printed fabric returned to you. Contact us to discuss logistics.
Simply WhatsApp or email us your design file along with fabric details (type, width, GSM) and quantity. We'll respond with a quote and lead time within a few hours.
Reactive printing works on natural fibres — cotton, linen, viscose, modal, bamboo, and natural blends. It does not work on polyester or synthetic fabrics.
Our MS JP7 reactive printer supports a maximum print width of 1800 mm.
The MS JP7 prints at up to 1440 dpi, delivering sharp detail, smooth gradients, and fine line reproduction.
We can produce up to 5,000+ metres per day on our MS JP7, making it suitable for large export orders with tight timelines.
Reactive prints have excellent wash fastness — typically rated 4–5 on the ISO wash fastness scale, making them suitable for export garments with strict quality requirements.
Yes. After digital printing, the fabric goes through our Ageing Chamber (steam fixation) and a washing process to fix the dye and remove excess. This is all handled in-house at Arunam.
Sublimation printing works best on polyester and high-polyester blend fabrics (minimum 65% polyester). It is not suitable for cotton or natural fibres.
Our sublimation printers support up to 1800 mm print width, suitable for all-over garment printing and wide-format applications.
Yes. Sublimation dye sublimates directly into the polyester fibre — there is no surface residue or hand feel. The print is as soft as the original fabric.
Yes. Sublimation supports full photographic-quality output with smooth gradients, fine detail, and vibrant colour across the full width of the fabric.
No minimum order. We accept single-metre samples, small trial runs, and bulk production orders. Sample orders are welcome and encouraged before bulk runs.
Digital strike-off samples are typically ready within 24–48 hours of receiving your design file and fabric (or we can work with customer-supplied fabric if couriered to us).
We accept all major formats — AI, PSD, TIFF, PDF, CDR, JPG, PNG. For best results, supply files at 100–150 dpi at actual print size, or as vector files.
Yes. Our in-house Design Studio can create repeat patterns, perform colour separations, correct artwork, and prepare print-ready files. WhatsApp us your reference or sketch to get started.
You can send files via WhatsApp, email, or WeTransfer. Large files (above 100 MB) are best sent via WeTransfer or Google Drive link.
Yes. Our Ageing Chamber is used for steam fixation of reactive prints, ensuring full dye fixation and maximum wash fastness without outsourcing.
Yes. Our Stenter Machine is used for final drying, width-setting, and finishing of printed fabric before dispatch.
Each batch goes through visual inspection for colour consistency, repeat accuracy, and print defects before dispatch. We also perform periodic wash fastness and rubbing fastness checks.
Yes. We regularly work with garment exporters supplying to European and US buyers. We can provide wash fastness test reports on request.
Our team is available on WhatsApp and email — usually replies within a few hours.
