01 About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with and services provided by Arunam Digital Prints ("we", "us", "our"), located at 1(2) Kottai Thottam, Kumaranandhapuram, Tirupur – 641602, Tamil Nadu, India.
By placing an order — whether via WhatsApp, email, phone, or our website contact form — you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all B2B job work, sampling, and bulk production orders.
02 Our Services
We provide the following digital textile printing and finishing services:
- Reactive Digital Printing — on cotton, linen, viscose, and natural blend fabrics using our MS JP7 printer
- Sublimation Digital Printing — on polyester and high-polyester blend fabrics
- Roll Fusing — interlining bonding via roll-to-roll heat fusing machine
- Ageing & Stenter Finishing — steam fixation and final fabric finishing
- Design Studio Services — repeat pattern creation, colour separation, artwork correction, and print-ready file preparation
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders where the artwork or fabric is unsuitable for our machines.
03 Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed only when we have:
- Received and reviewed your design file and fabric/order specifications
- Provided a written quotation (via WhatsApp or email)
- Received your written acceptance of that quotation
- Received any required advance payment (where applicable)
Verbal or informal discussions do not constitute a confirmed order. We recommend confirming all order details in writing before fabric is dispatched to us.
⚠️ Production begins only after written order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by late confirmation or incomplete information.
04 Design Files & Artwork
You are solely responsible for the design files you supply. By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- You own or have full rights to use the design, or have obtained the necessary licence from the copyright holder
- The design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright
- The design does not contain unlawful, offensive, or prohibited content
We accept files in AI, PSD, TIFF, PDF, CDR, JPG, and PNG formats. We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution, incorrectly colour-profiled, or technically deficient files supplied by you.
We will flag obvious file issues before printing but are not obligated to perform a full technical audit of every file. Final approval of design and colour rests with the customer.
05 Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Prices may vary based on fabric type, quantity, print complexity, and turnaround requirements.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise
- We may require an advance payment for new customers or large orders before production commences
- Balance payment is due on or before delivery/dispatch of printed fabric
- We accept payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI)
- Prices do not include GST unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST will be added to your invoice
We reserve the right to revise prices for repeat orders if material or operational costs change significantly.
06 Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround from the point of order confirmation and receipt of fabric is 2–5 working days depending on order volume and current production schedule. Same-day and express turnaround is available on request, subject to capacity.
- Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing
- We are not liable for delays caused by fabric arriving late, design file issues, or force majeure events
- Printed fabric is dispatched via courier or available for customer pickup at our Tirupur facility
- Courier costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
07 Fabric Supply
For job work orders, fabric is typically supplied by the customer. Please note:
- Fabric must be pre-treated and suitable for the printing process specified (reactive or sublimation)
- We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from fabric that is improperly treated, has sizing, or is not print-compatible
- We recommend sharing a small fabric sample for a digital strike-off before committing to full production
- We handle customer-supplied fabric with reasonable care but accept no liability for fabric loss or damage beyond the value of the print run agreed
- Fabric wastage allowance (typically 1–2 metres for setup and calibration) will apply to each order
08 Quality & Colour Accuracy
We strive for the highest print quality on every order. However, please note the following:
- Colour variation: Digital prints may vary slightly from screen previews, physical swatches, or Pantone references due to differences in fabric, ink absorption, and monitor calibration. We recommend a digital strike-off for colour-critical orders.
- Batch variation: Minor colour variation between different print batches is inherent to digital textile printing. We maintain ICC profiles to minimise this.
- Repeat accuracy: We take reasonable care to ensure repeat accuracy but minor misalignment at seam points may occur.
📌 A digital strike-off (sample print on actual fabric) is strongly recommended before bulk production. Strike-off costs are charged at our standard sampling rate.
Quality complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving printed fabric. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
09 Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production commences with no charge. Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
- If a confirmed order is cancelled after material costs have been incurred (inks, pre-treatment), a partial charge may apply.
- Refunds are not offered for orders where printing has been completed to specification. If a genuine manufacturing defect is identified (verified within 48 hours of receipt), we will reprint the affected quantity at no charge.
- We do not offer refunds for design file errors, colour preference changes after production, or fabric issues originating from customer-supplied material.
10 Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and files submitted to us by you remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over your designs.
We may, with your prior permission, use photographs of printed fabric for our portfolio, website, or social media. If you prefer your designs remain confidential, please inform us in writing before placing your order.
Our website content, branding, logo, and original design work created by our Design Studio remain the intellectual property of Arunam Digital Prints and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, business, or contracts arising from delays or defects
- Damage to customer-supplied fabric beyond our reasonable control
- Losses arising from design file errors supplied by the customer
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
